We design each of our team-building programmes to achieve two goals:

They will communicate, collaborate, build trust and set each other up for success. They will learn transferable skills that they can bring back to their day-to-day, both personally and professionally.
- Give back to communities: our programmes create real impact for people and communities worldwide. After your team-build, we work with trusted charity partners. We check your contributions. We deliver them to those in need.

Our most popular team-builds include Give a Hand, Water Works and Toy for Life.
Each team-build is approximately 90 minutes long. We offer trained facilitators to energise and interact with your audience, preparing them for the challenge ahead.
Give a Hand
Give a Hand is our challenging, yet highly rewarding flagship programme. Your team will come together to build prosthetic hands for amputees around the world.
Water Works
Water Works is a high-energy, emotive team-building experience. Participants work together to build life-saving water filtration systems which we donate to communities in Uganda.
Toy for Life
Toy for Life is a fun and energetic activity that fosters collaboration. Your team will assemble wooden toys that will last for generations and bring the power of play to children in poverty.
