Lightbulb Team’s Founder, David Meade is a world-class international corporate speaker, performer and TV personality with a renowned reputation for helping organisations work more effectively.

David partners with clients to help them improve business operations and performance, engaging all levels within an organisation. He does this by drawing on decades of cutting-edge research on management, organisational culture and leadership, building scientifically sound and evidence-based development programmes that create evident improvement to high-functioning teams.

Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, David has experience motivating and inspiring some of the largest and most diverse organisations. He’s worked with brands such as: Apple, PwC, Deloitte, Coca-Cola and the Bank of America. His wealth of experience combined with his professional and personal passions led him to found Lightbulb Teams.

Lightbulb Teams was created from David’s core desire to use his talent and experience to leave a positive legacy. Through taking part in CSR team building activities, individuals and organisations are empowered to learn together and drive positive change in the world.

The Give A Hand, WaterWorks and Toy For Life programmes are designed to build relationships, develop sustainable organisational engagements, and inspire and enthuse attendees to deliver positive impact within their organisations and for global communities.

Detail-orientated and task-focused, Sarah embodies the perfect balance of care and strategy in her role.

As Business Director, Sarah is across every area of the business functionality ensuring each member of Lightbulb Teams is equipped to deliver success within their different strategic roles.

Sarah’s biggest strength is her ability to focus on finding the best solution. Her organisation, strong communication skills and strength of character allow her to overcome complex challenges with ease.

Sarah’s organisational skills keep the business functions flowing. Although her daily tasks exist mostly in the background, it is thanks to her hard work and planning that our clients have such a positive experience at every touchpoint. Because of Sarah’s leadership, Lightbulb Teams continues to thrive.

Although she encounters constant change in her role, she adapts easily. Her steadiness and calm approach to every task keeps Lightbulb Teams grounded and focused. Thanks to her, we are able to keep progressing, adding new elements to our team-building activities and constantly exceeding the expectations of our clients. Alongside Sarah’s supervision we continue to expand our range of CSR programmes.

Chloe is an event professional with a keen eye for detail and an excellent track record in designing successful team-building programmes for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Chloe is often across every detail of events’ organisation. From event conception and ideation, through to the event-day experience. Chloe is in control of every detail. Her title is Growth and Operations Lead, but this title fails to communicate the extent of Chloe’s responsibilities and how valued she is by clients and colleagues.

Chloe sources, secures, plans and supports on all aspects of the delivery of events on a local, national, and international level. Some of her responsibilities include:event operations, the design of new programmes (most recently, Toy For Life), co-ordinating international shipping, client and supplier liaison and also virtual event tech support.

Chloe easily adapts to the ever-changing dynamic of the event industry and thrives on the daily challenges of her role. Her optimistic approach to her role and her solutions-orientated approach allow her to overcome challenges with ease.

For Chloe, working for a purpose-driven organisation is her driving factor. She is energised knowing that the work she does allows people around the world to experience a higher quality of life.

Involved in every aspect of planning and delivery, Chloe is excited to continue to develop the range of CSR-focused programmes that Lightbulb Teams offer. With her creative flair and determination, any future programme she has contributed to will be a huge success.

Detail orientated, solutions driven, and communication focused, Gary’s skills and professional background allow him to achieve continued success in his role at Lightbulb Teams.

As well as motivating the team towards further growth, Gary’s most valuable contribution is his ability to deliver the highest quality of customer service. From an initial zoom call enquiry to the final event feedback, Gary is involved at every touch point of the customer success journey.

Gary’s capacity to listen well, coupled with his ability to bring an initial event concept through to a tangible experience, is why he is so valued in his role by our clients and the wider team. At Lightbulb Teams, we work with a wide range of clients who are operating in very diverse sectors. At every stage of the customer process, Gary prioritises the goals outlined by our client. Using his personal approach, he ensures that each event is delicately crafted to our customer’s specific requirements.

Bronagh is an excellent communicator, with sales expertise and an enthusiastic approach to her role, she makes her daily wins look effortless.

As Business Development Executive for Lightbulb Teams, Bronagh uses her natural charisma to form new connections, introducing global organisations to Lightbulb Team’s energetic and impactful team building activities.

With years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles, Bronagh manages her customer relationships with natural care.
