WSP in the UK
WSP is a world-leading engineering and professional services consulting firm, dedicated to developing talent and fostering innovation.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with WSP for many years, building a strong and valued partnership. From creating bespoke WSP TV virtual shows to delivering hands-on team-building experiences, WSP continually demonstrates its commitment to investing in its people.
So when the opportunity came to join them once again for their Graduate Conference 2024/25, it was a no brainer! We were excited to collaborate with next generation of engineers and consultants.
Graduates ‘Give a Hand’
Over 200 WSP graduates gathered at Hilton Birmingham Metropole to embrace a culture of purpose, teamwork, and collaboration.
Our facilitator, Aaron, kicked off the session with high-energy keynote—warming up the graduates’ minds with brainteasers and an unexpected card trick to spark ‘out of the box’ thinking. With enthusiasm running high, the room was ready to dive into our prosthetic hand team-building activity.
Give a Hand is more than just a team-building exercise—it’s an opportunity for participants to develop problem-solving skills, explore a growth mindset, and work together towards a meaningful goal. The energy, teamwork, and dedication displayed by WSP’s graduates was truly inspiring!
WSP's Graduate Conference Impact
Thanks to their incredible efforts, 44 prosthetic hands were successfully built, ready to be donated to amputees across the world. Check out some of the custom-designed travel cases below!
