An emotional day in London as 12 employees from ZS Associates embrace Give a Hand.
ZS Cares 2025
ZS Associates are a global management and consultancy firm, operating across 35 offices worldwide. Their ethos is centred around treating people right and doing the right thing. So when their ZS Cares 2025 team day rolled round, we were delighted that they selected our Give a Hand programme to bring their people together.
One of our very own Lightbulb facilitators, Gary, travelled to London to deliver our heart-warming team-build as part of their inspiring ZS Carers initiative. Their head office, nestled close to the iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral, provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with energy, teamwork, and purpose.
Building for a Bigger Purpose
The day kicked off with an upbeat energiser that instantly lifted the room’s spirits and set the tone for what was to come. The 12 delegates quickly found their rhythm and worked brilliantly together in their teams.
Throughout the session, their laughter, teamwork, and a few emotional moments created a warm atmosphere as everyone realised the true impact of what they were building. By the end of the session, four fully functional prosthetic hands were completed, and we can’t wait to distribute them to individuals in need around the world.
