Lightbulb Teams was delighted to collaborate with Novo Nordisk at their recent in-person conferences in both London and Leeds.
Facilitators and event organisers from Lightbulb teams delivered the inspiring Give a Hand Programme.
Attendees were inspired and challenged to work together to build as many hands as possible, each location hoping to be complete the activity in record time.
Novo Nordisk choose the Give a Hand programme as their conference close activity to show and share the meaningful impact and role each person plays in their team.
What a success it was, every hand was built with care and precision to give back to those in need.
A powerful way to end a conference, attendees left feeling empowered and valued having completed a real challenge and creating life changing prosthetic hands for some very worthy recipients.
