57 life-saving water filters built in Miami, Florida during a Water Works team-build for over 100 delegates.
Team Building with Impact
At Lightbulb Teams, we’re passionate about bringing teams together through purpose-driven experiences that create lasting impact. So, having previously worked with Bramson, we were delighted they invited us to be part of a conference in Miami for their pharmaceutical client.
The event brought together 150+ representatives to reflect on the past year, explore new ways of thinking, and plan for even greater success. In collaboration with Bramson, David and the wider team outlined a keynote that not only aligned with the event’s themes, but also reinforced the company’s strategic direction.
‘Out of the Box’ Thinking
David delivered an engaging keynote on ‘thinking outside the box’ to create exceptional customer experiences. Through a mix of business and hospitality scenarios, he sparked real-time discussions while keeping the energy high.
Following the keynote, David seamlessly transitioned into our Water Works session—a unique team-building exercise centered on communication with real-world impact. Participants worked together using verbal instructions to assemble household water filters for underprivileged communities. A key element of the exercise was the option to be blindfolded—a powerful metaphor for the impact of water accessibility.
The enthusiasm from the Miami audience was unmatched. Their drive and teamwork led to the assembly of 57 fully functional water filters—a true testament to their dedication. The session concluded with a standing ovation, making it an unforgettable experience for us.
A huge shoutout to everyone who helped coordinate this event—we couldn’t have done it without you!
Thank-you Miami

Why does Water Works Matter?
Access to clean drinking water is a basic necessity, yet in many areas of Uganda, it remains a luxury. Contaminated water sources lead to severe illnesses, vision loss, and even loss of life. Still, for many, the only option is to walk miles just to collect unsafe water.
Through the Water Works team-build, we donate life-saving filters to underprivileged communities in partnership with Lifewater International. Each filter provides clean water for up to 300 people for two years, allowing them to drink and bathe safely.
