Kier Construction prides itself on building infrastructure and developments that serve communities and create a lasting legacy. So when they reached out to us – after being recommended – to support their Strategic Leaders Conference, we were more than happy to help! The goal of the event was to unite their Top 100 managers and strengthen team bonds – making our Give a Hand programme the perfect fit for them to build something meaningful, together.
An Emotive Team-Build
The Give a Hand team building event at the Kier Construction’s Strategic Leaders Conference was a truly memorable and impactful experience. With 24 prosthetic hands successfully assembled, the session was a resounding success – a powerful blend of purpose, collaboration, and impact that perfectly aligned with the core themes of the day.
From the moment it began the room was filled with energy and emotion, thanks to our facilitator Aaron who captured everyone’s attention. And it’s safe to say he left a lasting impression, with Kier’s Head of Internal Communications feeding back how Aaron led “the session so professionally… and to time! He was awesome.”

Overall, participants were fully engaged, with many sharing how deeply moved they were by the experience. There was laughter, reflection, and even a few tears, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for all.
