Sales Summit 2026
Taking place at Titanic Hotel Belfast, the theme of AG’s Sales Summit 2026 centred around strategy and ambitious growth. In the morning, senior leaders took to the stage to share plans for the years ahead, while also taking the opportunity to reflect and celebrate – which we fully support!
During the afternoon session, David Meade addressed the intimate audience with a mindset-led keynote. Using his signature interactive style, he energised the room ahead of our Water Works activity.
The team-build itself saw over 50 employees roll up their sleeves, embrace a new challenge, and work together to build 14 water filters – with some teams proving very creative with their water tile designs!
It’s an incredible achievement that will contribute to the wellbeing of communities in Uganda. Each water filter can supply clean drinking water for up to 300 people for two years, creating a meaningful and lasting impact.
