When partnering with clients, the Lightbulb Teams’ colleagues take a deep dive into the vision, values and objectives of client organisations from the outset and recommend one of three main programmes depending on which best aligns with the overarching CSR goal.

Each programme is unique, but all are underpinned by the universal goal of addressing specific needs within global communities. To date, Lightbulb Teams’ programme participants have delivered thousands of prosthetic hands to recipients in almost 100 countries, hundreds of household water filtration systems that will each provide clean drinking water for two years, for up to 300 people in villages throughout Uganda and a host of safe, sustainable wooden toys to hundreds of children living in poverty in developing countries.
