With over a decade of facilitation experience and years of business psychology research on high performing teams our team building programmes are created to get the very best from every participant.

Each of the Lightbulb programmes are unique, but all are underpinned by the universal goal of addressing specific needs within global communities. To date, Lightbulb Teams’ programme participants have delivered thousands of prosthetic hands to recipients in almost 100 countries, hundreds of household water filtration systems that will each provide clean drinking water for two years, for up to 300 people in villages throughout Uganda and a host of safe, sustainable wooden toys to hundreds of children living in poverty in developing countries.
