When a UK-based engineering company approached us to support their Consulting Growth Conference, we were delighted to get involved. As a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, their ESG focus areas include accelerating change, enhancing the wellbeing of people and communities, and achieving sustainable, responsible growth – making our Water Works programme a natural fit for their audience.
Water Works Team Build
With Water Works, teams assemble water filters that are donated on their company’s behalf to communities in Uganda. These filters provide individuals and families with access to clean, safe water. Enabling them to drink and wash without fear of contamination.
For this event, three members of our team – Gary, Holly, and Natalie – travelled to Stratford, London to support the self-facilitated session. They worked alongside senior leaders who introduced the experience and guided participants throughout the session. Helping teams stay on track while building their water filters and decorating their trackable water tiles.

The event was a fantastic success. From the engaging leaders who introduced each segment to the teams who helped build 18 water filters, the energy in the room was inspiring.
As a result, 5,400 people in Uganda will soon benefit from clean water for up to two years!
