Allianz Sales Success Seminar

David and Chloe were delighted to join Allianz at its recent Sales Success Seminar in Nice, France.


Having worked with the company for some eight years David and the team have built up a long and fruitful relationship with the company, getting to know the business, its people and its challenges.

In the past David has worked with the company on conferences, key notes and team development. During the pandemic these meetings had to take on a virtual format and this was the first time post-Covid he was able to get reacquainted with the team in person.

On this occasion the Allianz team were helping to deliver on the Water Works Programme – our game-changing team development programme that brings people together to build life-changing water filters that protect, nurture and save lives across the world.

As one of the largest general insurers in the UK, Allianz is renowned for its commitment to social responsibility, building relationships and striving for sustainability and at this event the team very much rose to the challenge in front of them, building 26 water filters for countries in need.

While the overall mood was one of jubilation, with the company celebrating and rewarding its high achievers on their amazing performances, there were also moments of reflection when the team realised the impact that their activities on the day would make to the lives of so many individuals.

David said: “It’s always a delight and an honour to work with Allianz. They’ve supported us in the past with our Give A Hand programme and once again, at this event, they came together not only to celebrate their success but also to improve the lives of people they haven’t even met yet.

“We’re so grateful for the team for continuing to support us on this journey – by coming together they are changing peoples’ lives and we couldn’t do this without them.”
